At times, the registration process may take a little longer than you were expecting. While we strive for efficiency, several factors can contribute to these delays. Here’s what you need to know:
Territorial Differences
- Some of our DSP / CMO / PRO partners accept registrations on different schedules. For example some may only allow us to send one data file per 2 weeks, so if you just miss that day, it could be a slightly longer wait till the next one goes out.
Seasonal / Occasional Maintenance
- Both ourselves, and our DSP / CMO / PRO partners occasionally do maintenance to the technology that supports the data ins and outs. This can sometimes lead to a temporary processing pause, plus a little time to get us up to speed when things are restarted. We'll endeavor to notify you of any major upcoming likely delays.
What You Can Do
- Be patient during holiday periods, or if you've recently delivered a high volume of songs to us.
- If you experience extended delays, contact our support team for an update.
