How do I submit a new song?

To submit a new song, follow these steps:

1. Click the "+" Sign

   • In your Portal account, click the "+" sign at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter Song Details

   • Fill in the song information, including:
     • Title
     • Alternative Title
     • Date Written
   • Once completed, click Next.

3. Add Co-Writer Information

   • On the next screen, enter the co-writer's name, IPI (if available), and split percentages.
   • Continue this process for each co-writer and click Next once done.

4. Enter Recording Details (If Applicable)

   • If available, enter any recording details, including:
     • Artist Name
     • Recording Title
   • You can skip this step if no recording details apply.

5. Submit the Song

   • Once all details are entered, click Submit to send the song for registration.
   • If you don’t click Submit, the song will remain in Drafts and will not be sent for registration.
