I'm not sure my Account Activation Code is working.

Having trouble with your activation code? Please follow the steps below.

1. Double-Check the Code

  • Copy and Paste: Try copying the activation code from the email you received and pasting it directly into the activation field.
  • Manually Enter: If copying and pasting doesn't work, carefully type the code into the activation field.

Tip: Make sure not to include any extra spaces at the beginning or end of the code. These spaces can cause the code to be invalid.

2. Still Not Working?

If the activation code still doesn’t work after trying the steps above:

  1. Open a Support Ticket: Click the chat icon in your Portal account or Knowledge Base. Follow the prompts to send us a message.
  2. Include the Following Details:
    • A brief description of the issue (e.g., "Activation code not working").
    • A screenshot of the error message, if possible.

Our team will generate a new activation code for you as quickly as possible.
