2. Common Issue: No Webcam Available
- If you don’t have access to a webcam on your computer, you can hand off the process to your smartphone:
- Start the verification process on your computer as usual.
- Select the option to send a link to your smartphone via email or SMS.
- Open the link on your smartphone and complete the identity verification process there using your phone’s camera.
3. Common Issue: No Webcam or Smartphone Available
- Unfortunately, without access to either a webcam or a smartphone, you will be unable to complete the Stripe identity verification process.
- Since these devices are required for capturing and uploading your government ID securely, KOSIGN cannot proceed without them.
