Multi factor authentication is a common process where you use a separate app or method to verify that you are who you say you are each time you log in.
During the onboarding phase, you’ll select your preferred method, and set it up for use with KOSIGN going forwards.
We recommend using an authenticator app. It’s more reliable, secure, and less likely to go wrong. If you don’t have an authenticator you use already, we recommend Last Pass, Google Authenticator, DuoMobile and Microsoft Authenticator, all of which are available on your phone or tablet.
