How long does it take for my songs to be registered?

1. Standard Processing Time

• If you've recently joined us, the first round of registrations may take a couple of weeks to get under way as there's an additional up front registration process for new members
• Once that set up is completed we aim to get your songs registered in North America & Major European markets in under 10 days
• Other markets including Asia, Central Europe & South America can take longer due to specific regional rules and processes. Please allow for up to 12 weeks in some cases

2. High-Volume Periods

• During busy periods, such as the end of a fiscal quarter or holiday seasons, there may be slight delays due to a higher volume of registrations.

5. System or Technical Delays

• Occasionally, system maintenance or technical issues can cause minor delays. We strive to minimize these disruptions and work quickly to resolve them.

What You Can Do to Help Speed Up the Process

• Submit songs as early as possible to avoid delays during high-volume times.
• Be patient, particularly in markets outside of North America & Europe.
• Reach out to support if you need assistance or if you notice unusual delays.
