- Invite Code: If you applied using an invite code, please verify with the KOSIGN sales team member who provided it to ensure it’s correct and still valid. You can reapply immediately with a valid code.
- Eligibility Criteria: If you shared your Spotify URLs, it’s possible that your streams, plays, or views currently fall below KOSIGN’s minimum requirements.
While it may not be the right fit at this time, we sincerely appreciate your interest in using KOSIGN for your payment collections. You're welcome to reapply after 6 months, and we’ll gladly reassess your eligibility.
